my dog has open wounds due to scratching. she has a lot of open wounds. i was wondering if is it safe to use frontline plus because i think i need to get rid of her tick and fleas.

if your dog already has ticks and fleas you need to take her to the vet immediatly she could get diseases from the ticks.
frontline is for the prevention of fleas and ticks and it works well but it wont get rid of ticks that are already there.
your vet should give you a cream to get rid of the fleas and ticks
